NOTE: To cover the costs of processing your online payment, a flat processing fee of $5 was added to this payment.
Each Smoky Falls Property Owner Association member who owns property in Smoky Falls shall make a Special Assessment payment of $300 if there is a home/structure on the property, and $50 if there NO STRUCTURE on the property.
This will be used to cover expenditures in connection with the Corporation including road maintenance, an annual audit, and office supplies. Any surplus will be deposited in an interest bearing account to be used for future corporate purposes.
